Patented Servo Contolled gauging
Heavy Gauge Structural Line
This line runs multiple material gauges. The TEKFAB servo-controlled auto gauging allows you to change roll clearance from min. to max. and anything in between without physically moving any rolls. The Cam Operated Adjustment makes the mill easy to use and safe from operator misuse, The TEKFAB design has a built-in breakaway feature that deflects under unsafe rather than having breakaway bolts. This feature is designed to accommodate double material thickness.
Patented ACCU-RACK™
High Speed Strut Rollforming Line
Post-punch closed-loop ACCU-RACK keeps hole tolerance tight at 250 FPM while pre-punch lines stretch their holes during forming. No loop table required, so the line lives on a shorter footprint. Compact press design gives die sharpening intervals five times longer than competing flying press systems, even on 24/7 floors.
