Patented Servo-Controlled Gauging
Heavy Gauge Structural Line
This line runs multiple material gauges. The TEKFAB servo-controlled auto gauging allows you to change roll clearance from min. to max. and anything in between without physically moving any rolls. The Cam-Operated Adjustment makes the mill easy to use and helps prevent operator misuse. The TEKFAB design also includes a built-in breakaway feature that deflects under unsafe rather than having breakaway bolts. This feature is designed to accommodate material thicknesses up to twice the specified gauge.
Patented ACCU-RACK™
High Speed Strut Roll Forming Line
Post-punch closed-loop ACCU-RACK keeps hole tolerance tight at 250 FPM while pre-punch lines stretch their holes during forming. No loop table required, so the line lives on a shorter footprint. Compact press design gives die sharpening intervals five times longer than competing flying press systems, even on 24/7 floors.
