Strut Channel, Rollforming Line

Strut Channel Roll Forming Line

Dual mandrel uncoiler, shear-end welder, 16 or 20 station rafted rollformer, and the patented ACCU-RACK™ closed-loop flying punch and cutoff.

Strut channel is the backbone of modern infrastructure: a cold-formed steel profile with a continuous slot pattern, used to support, hang, and brace mechanical, electrical, and structural systems throughout commercial and industrial buildings.

The TEKFAB Strut Channel Line is built around that workload. Coil feeds through a dual mandrel uncoiler with shear-end welder for zero-downtime coil change. A TF-30R rafted rollformer with 16 or 20 stations and quick-connect raft plates handles the 9-size standard envelope from 7/8 inch base to 3-1/4 inch base.

At the exit, the ACCU-RACK™ closed-loop flying carriage carries up to 5 punch presses and 1 cutoff press on a single rigid frame. The carriage accelerates to match line speed, punches and cuts in sync, then returns to home position. Hole tolerance holds at +/- 0.020 inch at full 250 FPM line speed.

Coil to finished strut, no manual punching stop.
