Most of the TEKFAB build queue does not fit a catalog product. It is a customer who makes a specific section in a specific gauge, at a specific volume, and who needs a line engineered around it.
Six families below cover most of the specialty space we ship into. Outside of those, we engineer custom roll forming lines for any cold-formed steel, aluminum extrusion, or hybrid profile family.
Share your drawing or your spec. We classify the profile, map it against the cold-formed steel envelope (AISI S100, MBMA, SMACNA, manufacturer-specific standards as applicable), reason through line speed and tooling pass count, and come back with the right architecture.

Other Custom Roll Forming
Rack uprights, cable tray side rails, door frames, building panel and standing seam, HVAC duct, hat channel, angle iron, and bespoke profiles. We engineer per drawing. Share your section, we will come back with a path.
PEMB Cee & Zee Purlin
Heavy gauge Cee and Zee purlin production for the pre-engineered metal building sector. 6 inch to 12 inch web, 14 ga to 8 ga, MBMA-aligned section properties, ASTM A1011 SS Gr 50 material.
Aluminum Extrusion Processing
Automated drill, punch, tap, and saw equipment for aluminum extrusion profiles. PLC-controlled with servo feed, auto clamping, and touchscreen operation. Multi-profile and dual saw configurations.
Solar Mounting Lines
Roll-formed solar racking rails with PV-specific clip groove geometry. UL 2703 compatible profiles. Galvanized or pre-painted material, engineered for IronRidge, Unirac, Schletter, K2 Systems and similar.
Slotted Track (SLT/SLTD) Lines
Specialty slotted track for seismic and deflection applications. 100 FPM line speed, custom slot pattern tooling, integrated punch and cutoff. Engineered around your slot geometry.
Shaftwall (CT) Lines
CT stud production for shaftwall and elevator shaft framing. 16-pass rollformer, flying closed-loop pre-punch, cutoff press, and offload. CT stud in 18-20 gauge at 2, 4, and 6 inch web.
