Drywall Stud & Track Line
High-throughput stud and track production with rotary die punch and the option to convert to structural with a post-punch and cutoff swap.
The TEKFAB Drywall Stud and Track Line is built around the highest-throughput cold-formed steel framing in the building products catalog: track at 500 FPM, stud at 350 FPM, with rotary keyhole punching synchronized at line speed.
The TF-class 12-station mill — paired with a pull-through or servo-driven rotary punch for the drywall keyhole pattern — ships as a complete system from coil to bundle. Hem track is an optional upgrade; an optional offload stacker handles the 2- to 16-foot length range typical of interior partition production.
The same mill platform converts to a light-gauge structural line by swapping the rotary for an ACCU-RACK–style post-punch and cutoff. One mill, two product families, one floor space.
