High-throughput stud and track production with rotary die punch and the option to convert to structural with a post-punch and cutoff swap.
The TEKFAB Drywall Stud and Track Line is built around the highest-throughput cold-formed steel framing: track at 500 FPM, stud at 350 FPM, with post punching synchronized at line speed.
The TF-class 12-station mill, paired with a post punching or servo-driven rotary punch for the drywall keyhole pattern, ships as a complete system from coil to bundle. Hem track is an optional upgrade; an optional offload stacker handles the 2- to 16-foot length range typical of interior partition production.
