TEKFAB Welded Tube Lines are custom-engineered around your cross-section family — mill base configurations, raft tooling per section, weld and scarf integration, and dual hydraulic cutoff for high-mix, lower-volume work.
The architecture is modular: a 6-pass mill base receives the coil, weld and scarf happen on their own raft, a double Turk's head straightens, and up to 5 cross-section forming rafts handle the different parts in the family. Tooling never comes off the raft — changeover between cross-sections is a raft swap, not a teardown.
The dual hydraulic die-cammed cutoff presses ride a mechanical pickup pin into a pre-punched oval, cutting at line speed to ±1/16" length tolerance. We integrate your customer-sourced HF welder (Thermatool, NRX, or other) into our weld raft, and supply TEKFAB controls plus TEKConnect for remote service.
