The TEKFAB Light Gauge Structural Line is built for the manufacturer who runs drywall stud and track in the morning and light-gauge structural in the afternoon — one platform, two profile families, quick-change tooling between them.
The mill is a TF-class split-base 12-station rollformer: 9 main roll-stand passes and 3 side-angle pair stations, with tooling covering stud and track from 1-5/8" up to 12" web, in 20 to 14 gauge at up to Grade 60 yield.
The post-punch and cutoff system runs two hydraulic presses for structural oval holes plus an insert for the drywall keyhole, with a slugless cutoff carrying 22 sharpenable insert sets across the full envelope. AMS XL200CL controls with TEKConnect ship standard.
