TEKFAB has engineered cold-formed steel stud and track lines (AISI S220 / ASTM C645) since the company was founded. In a mature, codified market, what separates one line from another comes down to three numbers our customers buy a TEKFAB line to improve: changeover speed, hole-pattern accuracy, and the labor required to keep production running.
A modern TEKFAB drywall line runs from 300 FPM stud to 500 FPM track, changes section by recipe in under a minute on servo-controlled platforms, and lands hole positions to AISI standard tolerance at full line speed. Accessories — corner bead, joist, resilient channel, and flashing — ship from the same line with an indexer or a quick-change tooling pass.
