Aluminum Extrusion Processing
Drill, punch, tap, and saw automation downstream of the extrusion press. PLC servo feed, multi-profile capable, dual saw configurations.
Aluminum extrusion processing is the work between the extrusion press and the customer dock: cut to length, drill, punch, tap, and sometimes deburr or finish. The end markets are window and door extrusion, solar racking, structural framing, transportation, and architectural products.
TEKFAB engineers aluminum extrusion processing lines with PLC-controlled servo feed, in-line drill and punch stations, optional tap heads, and single or dual saw cutoff. Configurations handle multiple profile cross-sections through recipe changeover, mounted at the press exit or installed as a standalone in-house processing cell.
