The TEKFAB Heavy Gauge Structural Roll Forming Line is a fully automatic split-panel mill built for the full SSMA structural envelope — stud and track from 2-1/2" to 16" web, in 20 to 10 gauge, at yields up to 70 KSI.
It pairs centerline-justified forming on Bosch Rexroth linear bearing panels with a servo-controlled gauging system that recalls width, height, and gauge from a single HMI recipe. An operator runs a 16" web at 4" flange in 10 gauge, then changes to a 2-1/2" web at 1-1/4" flange in 20 gauge — in under a minute, with no shimming and no tool change.
AntiFlare control eliminates end flare on pre-cut products in real time, and the ACCU-RACK closed-loop flying punch and cutoff stay in sync at production speed. TEKConnect ships with every system at no additional cost, so updates and diagnostics run from our shop to yours.
