Hollow metal door frames and steel/aluminum window frames (NAAMM HMMA practice) form the structural envelope around every commercial opening — storefront windows, interior door frames, fire-rated assemblies, and the related transom and sidelite work. The buyer is a commercial fenestration manufacturer or a contract roll former feeding the door-and-window distribution channel.
TEKFAB has shipped door and window frame production on Custom Roll Forming Line configurations sized to the specific section. The light gauge envelope handles most of the work; heavier hollow metal door frames sometimes call for the Light Gauge Structural class. Aluminum window frame processing runs on the Aluminum Extrusion Processing line.
