Upright posts run heavier gauge (12 to 14 ga typical) and tighter hole-pattern tolerance — every connector clip has to drop in on site — on diamond-pattern or teardrop punch schedules that hold position at 200 FPM or better.

The line that ships a rack profile ships every adjacent profile in the same family: box beam, front and back braces, column protector, guard rail. We engineer the punch carriage and cutoff to swap between them by recipe, so one line covers the customer's entire SKU spread.
