ERW welded tube and pipe (ASTM A500 / A513) is the structural and mechanical tube market: square, rectangular, and round tube from 1/2" mechanical product to 6" structural and beyond. The buyer is a tube mill making product for HVAC, furniture, conveyor, racking, automotive, or structural distribution.

The architecture pairs a multi-pass forming mill with a high-frequency or solid-state weld station, a scarfing station, a double Turk's head straightener, cross-section tooling for multiple SKUs, and an in-line cutoff press — each subsystem sized to the customer's material grade, gauge, and target throughput.
